EXERCISE PLACARD
Visual aid to illustrate exercise movements and help in organizing your workout. The exercise placard includes a recommended commercial maintenance schedule.
RANGE OF MOTION PRESSING ARM AND MID ROW
This patented feature allows you to adjust the starting position for bench press, incline press, shoulder press and mid row exercises. The dual hand grips allow you to vary the hand position.

LOW HINGED PECTORAL FLY
By adjusting the back pad to one of three positions, you can perform incline, flat and decline flies. The rotating handles allow you to adjust the arc of the fly movement. This accomodates people of various sizes.
HIGH-LOW PULLEY SYSTEM WITH SPLIT WEIGHT CABLING
Split weight cabling reduces the weight of the stations at the high/low pulleys by 50% and allows for extended cable travel. These stations now simulate the high-low pulleys found in all health clubs.
Examples of high-low pulley exercises:
1.Ab crunch and tricep extensions from the seated position.
2.Pec crossovers, rear delt pulls, and one arm rows from the standing position.
LEG STATION
The Multi-function roller pad allows greater adjustability for different sized users and provides more functions than a conventional leg extension roller pad. In the raised position the roller pad can be used as an arm support for preacher curls, a thigh brace for back-hyperextensions, and a knee hold down for lat pulldowns. The self-aligning leg roller automatically adjusts to any leg length.
BODY WEIGHT EXERCISE HANDLES
These handles and steps allow you to perform squats, incline lunges and calf raises using your body weight forresistance.
VERTICAL KNEE RAISE (OPTIONAL)
The optional vertical knee raise allows you to perform a variety of exercises. The angled pads and handles provide greater comfort and support during the exercise.
